Information and publicity activity
Objective: Increase public awareness and transparency regarding project co-financing

Description: The activity will be implemented through the implementation of the following information and publicity measures:
- Preparation of a bilingual website specially dedicated to the project - in Bulgarian and English;
- Organizing and conducting informational activities for the progress of the project;
- Development of a video, presenting the results of the project;
- Preparation and distribution of informational and communicational materials;
- Preparation of advertising materials;
- Project promotion activities;


Expected result

- Prepared specially dedicated to the project bilingual website for the project - in Bulgarian and English.

- Prepared and prominently placed billboards - 2 pcs. in the cities outside Sofia

- 1 piece. for the city of Sofia, promoting the project and the contribution of the FM of the EEA 2014-2021, and the donor countries;

- Organized 3 informational activities for the progress of the project - press conferences; - A developed video with a duration of at least 2 minutes, presenting the results of the project;

- Prepared and distributed flyers promoting the project - 3000 pieces.

- Prepared roll banners - 3 pcs.;

- Publications in print media - 4 pcs.

- Prepared and distributed advertising hats according to the project - 300 pcs.;

- Manufactured and distributed advertising scarves - 300 pcs.;

- Prepared and distributed advertising bags - 300 pcs.;

- Promotion of the project in internet publications - 2 publications;

- Implemented Facebook campaign with paid publications - for 1.5 months in different periods before, during and after the events.

- Prepared and placed in a prominent place A3 posters - 3 pieces, promoting the project and the contribution of the FM of the EEA 2014-2021, and the donor countries.

- Noted the contribution of Iceland, the Principality of Liechtenstein and the Kingdom of Norway through the EEA FM grants 2014-2021.
