It is planned to train management and expert staff (one manager and two experts) of the team of the National Theater "Ivan Vazov" with a view to increasing the professional competence and skills of the employees in relation to the management of cultural heritage, as well as attracting new audiences to the events. Topic "Cultural entrepreneurship, innovation and improved management of cultural heritage", defined based on the specifics of the Program "Cultural entrepreneurship, heritage and cooperation", as well as the objectives of Result
1. The training will aim to familiarize the trainees with the basic concepts of organizing cultural events exhibitions, events and methods of expanding the audience and reaching a wider range of people.The basis of the training will be the developed business plan.The training will touch on key issues such as:
- Cultural cooperation, entrepreneurship in the field of culture;
- Management of cultural heritage;
- How to reach people who are not usual consumers of a cultural product?
- How do we find out what would attract these people to cultural institutions?
- How to build trust-based relationships with them and stimulate their interest in cultural institutions?
- How do we decide what would be of interest to certain communities without deviating from our core mission as a cultural institution?
- How to strengthen the established relations in the future?
The training will last 150 hours and will be aimed at three employees from the candidate's team.
