Renewal and revitalization of the interior and elements of the exterior for exhibition purposes, as well as modern technological solutions for people with disabilities
Objective: Restoration and revitalization activities have three main objectives:
1. Restoration activities on the interior - exhibition hall and workshop for souvenirs;
2. Restoration activities on decorative plastic on the facades;
3. Installation of facade-artistic lighting.
Description: The exhibition hall will be restored and renovated to be used for innovative permanent exhibition and public attraction purposes. A room will also be renovated to be used as a souvenir workshop for children, schoolchildren, students and young people to develop a lasting interest in theater and our cultural heritage.
The objects of the restoration work on the facades are the elements of plastic decoration on the cornices, lunettes, open terraces, window openings, volumetric and pilaster columns.
The main idea of the artistic lighting project is to make the trend between the main background and the white elements appear in the evening, and the contrast is enhanced.
The three elements of renovation and revitalization in their totality will lead to the attraction of specialist and general audiences and to engender lasting interest in the theater cultural heritage. The project foresees activities to ensure access for people with disabilities by providing appropriate technical facilities.
